The ITPA global H-mode confinement database for tokamaks, version 5.2.3: the full database as DB5.2.3.csv, 14153 rows from 19 devices, with its variable description as PDF, and the standard sets STD5 and STD5-IL from which the ITPA20 and ITPA20-IL energy-confinement scalings were derived.
