Every published version is checked automatically after publication: the MCF dataset metadata profile, file fixity (stored checksum recomputed from the payload, sha256 recorded) and file-format identification. Datasets enter a curated community only after review by a curator other than the submitter. A scientific quality assessment of the data values is not yet part of this summary; where the dataset links verification and validation material, it is listed below.
